A total transformation of a Haussmann-style apartment in the heart of the prestigious 8th arrondissement of Paris.

This renovation maximised space utilisation through a complete overhaul of the existing layout. Originally designed with one bedroom and a separate kitchen, the design integrated the kitchen into the living space while adding an additional bedroom.

Studio PASE orchestrated each step of the project, from major construction to decorative finishes, including the partial removal of a load-bearing wall — showcasing the studio's ability to tackle high-level architectural challenges.
